How can a telecommunications giant be involved in mobile devices? Anyway, they operate communication networks for consumers in over 30 countries and they have affiliates in over 40 more. They are like everywhere, but I guess this is how telecommunication companies work. If they are not everywhere, then it is pointless, right? If you use a mobile phone, chances are you are pigggybacking on Vodafone or one of their subsidies. Their logo is that big red inverted comma which I am not too sure what that signifies. Perhaps it is supposed to be a quote or something. As for their name, it is actually English and not German. It stands for "voice data fone". Amazing how creative all these business types are.
