The word Silk conjures up images of very nice clothing which feels extremely wonderful on the skin. Which is good since when I fly, I definitely would like my flight to be "silky" as well. But alas, I have never taken a flight in my entire life that does not suck. As you know, I kind of hate flying but I love to travel. I love to see new things, visit new locations and experience new cultures. The only problem is flying. I hate the take off, the landing and if there is air turbulence, I get really sick. And I am not alone. There are quite a number of people who don't like flying either - or specially flying on commerical airlines. I was hoping that SilkAir would be different, but honestly, it was just another airline. Based in Singapore, they operate flights between Singapore and other Asian destinations, mostly in the South East Asian and North East Asian regions. They only have economy class and business class.
