I think the term "self-improvement" has been destroyed by those people who want to make a quick buck from underachievers like us. I mean we got tons of "talks" and "workshops" from confident people who gives nothing but crappy advise and tips. But honestly, most of us still need inspiration before we can be motivated enough to do the right thing. And that includes improving our own lives. There is no problem with that and you will definitely find something that actually interests you enough for you to keep reading. They claim that "Any information that people can use to live more prosperous, satisfying lives is a potential article." Well, good for them and good for us.
