Ahhh....it is a monster! No, it is not. Just a website with a weird name. But I am pretty sure you have heard of this site - it is a job site. Yes, a place where you can find job openings and you can apply. I know working sucks. You have to face stupid bosses and crappy co-workers who seem hell bent on stabbing you in the back whenever they have the chance. Trust me, I have been working for over a decade and it was the same throughout. I guess some people might consider this part and parcel of life. I think it is human nature to attempt to get one step ahead of each other by any means necessary. Sadly, the human civilization has reduced to this state. You would have expect working conditions to have improved but apparently it has not. And I think it will get worse as the economy strinks due to the greed of coporations and banks. Anyway, if you are out of a job and currently looking for one, forget the traditional forms of finding available jobs, try something online. More and more companies are placing their openings online where it is cheaper to advertise.  It is also good for anyone thinking of jumping ship to other company which has better pay and better promotion prospects.
