Yes, even teachers and educators need help too. it is fair to say everyone needs help one way or another. And since we are talking about our kids and their education, any help is much appreciated. Times have changed since when we were young and at the pace things are going, we all do need a lot of help. Mcrel is a private education, research and development corporation. I don't know what exactly that means, but it should be that they help edcuators with the tools needed for them to be successful. They offer schools staff development programs like balanced leadership, power walkthroughs and so on. They also train trainers and provide help for school improvement. Anyway, they have been doing this kind of research and work since 1966, so they sould be doing something right. I think it is very important to give our children the best education they can get, since they are our future.
