One of the best thing about the Internet - it is a great place to learn nearly everything. I am not kidding you - the Internet do have nearly everything. But the problem is finding those information. Search Engines do work but honestly, there is only so much Search Engines can find for you. What would be a better idea is to have a site where people with the same interests or expertise can converge and share information among themselves. And thus, we have all these "tutorial" sites. You get people with knowledge about certain things and if you so desire, you can learn from them through step by step tutorials. Tutorials actually makes learning much easier. I know many of the basic web programming I learned from tutorials. Anyway, Good Tutorials contains a good number of tutorials for CSS, Flash, HTML, JAVA, Maya, Photoshop, Photography, Ruby, Ruby On Rails, PHP and 3D Max. So if you are a web programmer or even a photographer, you might want to contribute a tutorial to get your name out there.
