Cool, there is such a thing as a good guide. Didn't even know that it existed but alas, it does. This site is all about finding the best items based on several criterias - healthy, green and socially responsible (and of course good). I know that most of us don't give a damn about those but some of us do and this site is a good way for socially responsible people like us to factor into our purchases. I certainly don't want to buy something from a company who abuses their workers or spend most of their time dumping toxic wastes on people's backyard. Although it can be rather difficult since most major companies do several degrees of PR and media blitz so we are bound to get confused. It is the public perception that is important. Not to worry, the Good Guide's ratings are not just grabbed from thin air but based on a set of sophisticated thingies. Hopefully it will work out. Anyway, you can browse through their numerous categories like food, toys, personal care & household products and check out the companies behind them. Come on, don't just buy something because it tastes good or it is cheap. Do something good for the society for once and vote with your pockets.
