They have been making and selling them since 1938! Now, they not only sell soft-serve ice-cream, they also sell burgers, sandwiches, hotdogs and fries. They even have this ice-cream "blend" where they combine soft-serve ice-cream with toppings, cookies or even candies. In other words, they are some sort of a fast food and ice-cream franchise. Looking at their menu with all those burgers and delicious looking ice-cream, I understand why they are so popular. They have over 5,700 stores in over 19 countries. It is interesting to note that they are also one of the pioneers of "franchising".
