A relatively newcomer in the wonderful world of chocolate, Chuao is one of the most creative chocolatier in the world. Their creative take on chocolate has left the world wanting for more and they delivered. Chuano was founded in 2002 and they have a superb selection of unusual chocolate bars, bonbons, truffles, hot chocolate, chocopods and snacks.They are famous for this "Spicy Maya" flavour, which has been expanded into nearly their entire range of chocolate delights. It is just too bad that they are only available in America. But they are a relatively young company and I am pretty sure they will start to expand overseas. We all know that great chocolate is meant to be shared.
