And their biscuits are properly the best I ever tasted from a fast food outlet. Their menu includes those Cajun fried chicken, various types of biscuits, sandwiches, salads, chicken bites as well as "fixins" like Cajun Pintos, Dirty Rice, Green Beans, Picnic Grits and of course fries. They have over 400 restaurants in the country and growing. I really like Southern style fried chicken. Definitely beats KFC's chicken hands down but I guess sometimes it can be rather difficult to fight against the established brands.
