Yes, this site is all about boardgames. Never heard of it? Well before the rise of the computer and video games (and the Internet), if you wanted to play a game with your family or even with your friends, one of the option was boardgames. They were that games that comes in a huge box and they have map or "boards" in it where you usually move them around on the board. Heard of Risk? Or Monopoly? These are first and foremost boardgames. But honestly, they were actually pretty fun when we were young. You get to interact with your family members or friends directly. No talking through the Internet or playing with someone you never met in your life. What is surprising is that there is still a market for boardgames. Just look at the number of boardgame cafes popping up. I guess playing on the Internet just isn't the same as playing face to face with your friends. And Boardgame Geek has it all - boardgame reviews, discussions, videos, announcements and so on.
