BMW is short for Bayerische Motoren Werke AG. I bet that you didn't know that right? Neither did I. I guess we are so used to calling them BMW that we didn't realize that they do have a real name. Well, they are a German automotive company famous for their powerful engines. Other than designing great looking cars, they also design and sell engines to other vehicle manufacturers. Why? Because their engines are good thats why. They also product motorcycles as well. Again, yet another tidbit which most much people know about. I have to admit, I really love their cars. Even those newer ones I do have a fondness for. Of course several of their vintage models are my favourite. Their cars can be found in almost every road in the world - they are indeed very popular.
