I mean after a hard days work of shopping, surely you would like something to fill your stomach right? And oh, it contains 5 department stores - so you will definitely not run out of choices or get bored anytime soon. The mall was opened in 1974 and has only 2 floors.

For a lot of people, shopping is their passion. I kid you not. Just look at the number of people who flock to shopping malls everyday to do shopping. It is not like they shop on the weekends for like an hour or so but they shop whenever they get a chance. It is like a drug. I don't know about you but I think that is a bit extreme. Anyway, Crossgates Mall is one of the largest mall in the United States. It was opened in 1984 and then expanded in 1994. Yes, you read right - it was expanded. Not enough space for the tons of shoppers that flock to the mall everyday. It is actually a pretty new megamall, especially considering some of the older malls are over 4 decades old. As usual, before you visit the shopping mall, it would be wise to download their directory listing and map.

Nothing - not even that huge Kalmart right smack in the center of your neighbourhood. Circle K has been in this trade for over 50 years and they should be doing something right. Convenience is something a lot of us would be willing to pay for. Nobody wants to spend hours travelling to purchase a few groceries. Nobody wants to hope like 3 different buses to get to the supermarket. We want what we want right now. And Circle K stores provides that accessibility and even comfort. And like all convenience stores, they carry groceries like food, drinks and milk as well as other nicknacks you would need. Anyway, Millcreek Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in the United States. It has tons of retail boutiques and stores, as well as dining and threater.  Well, after shopping you might be tired and would like to eat or enjoy a show before you go back to shopping. They have over 175 stores for you to choose from, so you shouldn't get bored there. It was originally opened in 1975 .

Maybe shopping is in our DNA. Perhaps the ancients have some sort of antique shopping malls that we have not discovered yet. Oh ya right, they are called markets. There is definitely something attractive to humans about going around looking at things which we have no need for nor any way to pay for them. Of course nowadays we have credit cards and loans, so that shouldn't be a problem anymore. Anyway, Lakewood Center is located In California and we love them since we have been flocking to the mall and looting it since 1951. Yes, malls are very convenient - you get all your shopping done under one roof. And you don't have to worry about rain, sun or wind. Everything is in-doors. And it contains more than 250 stores - just imagine going store after store, trying out new clothes, bags, watches and stuff. And how about some great dining opinions as well. I am sure that if they can stay in the shopping malls, most people would.

It seems that everywhere you turn, you will spot a shopping mall. I guess it is one of the ultimate creation for businesses to flourish. I think without shopping malls, a lot of present successful stores will not be as successful as they are now. The problem is always attraction and convenience. We don't want to spend hours travelling to one place buying one thing, just to spend another hours travelling to another place to get some other stuff. We want everything under one roof. That is why shopping malls are everywhere now, even around the world they have embraced the concept. Anyway, Green Acres Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in the United States. It was originally built in 1956 and have been renovated and renovated till it is what it is now. And yes, pretty impressive I must say. A very good competition to the nearby Roosevelt Field Mall.
