Good Tutorials One of the best thing about the Internet - it is a great place to learn nearly everything. I am not kidding you - the Internet do have nearly everything. But the problem is finding those information. Search Engines do work but honestly, there is only so much Search Engines can find for you. What would be a better idea is to have a site where people with the same interests or expertise can converge and share information among themselves. And thus, we have all these "tutorial" sites. You get people with knowledge about certain things and if you so desire, you can learn from them through step by step tutorials. Tutorials actually makes learning much easier. I know many of the basic web programming I learned from tutorials. Anyway, Good Tutorials contains a good number of tutorials for CSS, Flash, HTML, JAVA, Maya, Photoshop, Photography, Ruby, Ruby On Rails, PHP and 3D Max. So if you are a web programmer or even a photographer, you might want to contribute a tutorial to get your name out there.

Internet Brothers Help for Internet users. This site was started by two brothers whom had a passion to help others with what they know. Hence, they name their site "Internet Brothers". You should take a look at their tips, tutorials and help on website building, photography and desktop publishing among other things (including hiking!). It is kind of cool to read what interests someone and their love and passion for something. You can also read interviews with others with the same interest as the two brothers. This site feels a lot like a general blog at times due to its mis-match of contents but nevertheless I would highly recommend taking a look.

Fix-It Club Fix-It Club is all about fixing your broken stuff. Sure, they will not be able to fix your broken heart, but almost everything under the sun can be fixed. Well, can be fixed if you have the right expertise, equipment and parts of course. On this site, you will find guides on how to repair your biciycle, camera, food blender, roof, telephone system, oven and many many more. However, some guides require some technical expertise as well. So don't you think you can fix your broken oven just because you have read a guide here. But for some of the more common ones, it should be a breeze after reading those guides. They try to make their guides easy to understand and easy to actually do. If you are good with your hands, you might want to check out what repair guides they have in their database. Or simply just look around your house and find which needs fixing. For me, if something is broken I just throw away and get a new one. Sometimes the effort is not worth it. It could even be more cheaper to buy a new set. Of course, it is not good for the environment since we will throw away a lot of junk.

Wonder How To Yet another of these tutorial sites that keeps on popping up on the Internet. I know that tutorials sites are very useful but sometimes just too many such sites makes everything seems too easy. Yes, it is good to learn a new skill or two but information overload is the problem here. Honestly, even with so many such "how-to" sites, how many of you guys actually go out and really do those stuff you see on those sites? Rarely right? Anyway, Wonder How To is one of the better tutorial sites you can find. Most of the content are generated by users and is available for free. All you need to do is to search their database and you will be presented with a list of related tutorials for your choosing. Their success is attributed to their better search results which makes finding things on this huge site easy. The topics include arts & craft, food, music, games, travel, home, hobbies, auto and many many more. It is like a storeroom of tutorials here.
