Internet privacy consists of privacy over the media of the Internet: the ability to control what information one reveals about oneself over the Internet, and to control who can access that information. Many people use the term to mean universal Internet privacy: every user of the Internet possessing Internet privacy.
Internet privacy forms a subset of computer privacy. Experts in the field of Internet privacy have a consensus that Internet privacy does not really exist.

Hmmm....this site provides a temporary email service which expires after 60 minutes. Most likely used for setting up temporary accounts to prevent spam or wanting privacy for their real email account. It is surprisingly useful for a lot of people like webmasters who needs to sign up for forums and so on. I am sure most of us who have the unpleasant experience of dealing with spam would greatly appreciate this service. I know there isn't any foolpoof way to stop spam, but this is a good alternative. And it saves time and effort. -
