Chuao Chocolatier A relatively newcomer in the wonderful world of chocolate, Chuao is one of the most creative chocolatier in the world. Their creative take on chocolate has left the world wanting for more and they delivered. Chuano was founded in 2002 and they have a superb selection of unusual chocolate bars, bonbons, truffles, hot chocolate, chocopods and snacks. They are famous for this "Spicy Maya" flavour, which has been expanded into nearly their entire range of chocolate delights. It is just too bad that they are only available in America. But they are a relatively young company and I am pretty sure they will start to expand overseas. We all know that great chocolate is meant to be shared.

Pierre Marcolini Why is it that delectable chocolates always come from Europe? I love chocolates. I mean what is there to dislike about chocolates. Chocolates have this slightly bitter but extremely complex flavour which nothing even comes close. Of course this must be high quality chocolates, not the kind that we find in the stores which have been processed till it taste like sweeten milk. And Pierre Marcolini makes one of the meanest chocolates in the world and it a good way. They have lovely made those Pralines, Carre Chocolat, Truffes, Palets Fins, Saveurs Du Monde, Biscuits, Macarons, Gourmandises....I don't know about you, but they just look so very delicious. If you have the money and would like to have a taste of what heaven is, go get Peirre Marcolini's creations.

Herrell's Famous for their colourful storefront and that slightly scary looking lady, Herrell's has over 200 stores in the United States. Other than their colourful storefront, they are also famous for their "smoosh-ins" which is basically like mixing a variety of ice-cream toppings with hot fudge. Something like Cold Stone Creamery, but perhaps a little more old-fashioned. They sell ice-cream, sorbet and frozen yogurts. They have over 200 flavours and their ice-cream are all freshly made in store. And of course you can buy their hot fudge sauce, which actually is a pretty seller. No matter what, we all love making our very own ice-cream in our homes, don't we? By the way, they have won numerous awards across the nation for their ice-cream, so you shouldn't waste time - go find a Herrells store near you.

Brach's Our beloved sweet maker! How can anyone here dislike sweets. Even if you are old and without a complete set of teeth, you will still like candies and sweets. It is part of our genetic makeup to love sweets. And Brach's makes some of the best in the world. Their all-time favourite candies are candy corn, caramels, lemon drops, candy pumpkin, jelly beans and gummies. Of course why end there, they have chocolates and fruit snacks as well. And we just can't get enough of their extremely inventive and creative products. For me, I just have to have some of their sweets in my pocket. Most importantly, come mayhem before the Hallowen holidays, they are like flying off the shelves as people fight among themselves for these delicious little sweets and confectioneries. Anyway, Brach's sweets are no longer made in the United States. Once the most famous American brand, they have shifted their production to Mexico.
