| Food As Food Why not? This is a health food blog. Not particularly commercial which I like very much. I mean all those blogs with connections to this or that health food store, is there any reason why I should trust their recommendations or their words. It is in their financial advantage to support certain types of food and certainly it will be biased one way or another. For me, I would rather listen to someone without all those baggage. And this blog is one of the better ones. Sure it is not as flashy or even contains tons of information like others but I like it. Well written and does not sound like a commerical. If you are looking for some information on what to eat, what kind of foods to avoid and so on, check this blog out. Even contains recipes for those very weird kind of food which most of us never heard of. I know that somethings such information can also be rather confusing, as we try to differentiate between the right information and those advertisements. I think using some common sense and understanding would really help. |
